The City has received notification that some residents have not received Personal Property & Real Estate Tax statements. Residents who have yet to receive a physical statement in the mail, please call Billing & Collections at 804-733-2349 to obtain your account number to pay online. Residents may also visit the Billing and Collections Office at City Hall (135 N. Union St.) Monday-Friday, from 8:30am – 4:30pm.
