City of Petersburg Government Offices Closed for Juneteenth
Petersburg City government offices will be closed on Monday, June 19, 2023, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. Offices will reopen during normal business hours on Tuesday, June 20.
Petersburg Area Transit Administrative offices and bus service (including Paratransit) will also be closed. The Farmer Street Pool will be open on Saturday only, this weekend. It will be closed Sunday and Monday, June 18 and 19 for the holiday. Dogwood Trace Golf Course will remain open on Juneteenth during normal business hours.
All CVWMA trash and recycling collections will be on a regular schedule during the week of Juneteenth.
