Councilors Charles Cuthbert Jr. and W. Howard Myers will host a joint Wards 4 & 5 Town Hall meeting on Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. The meeting will be held in the events room at the Petersburg Public Library located at 201 W. Washington Street. The meeting is open to all city residents.
