The City of Petersburg is in the final stages of completing a Strategic Plan to guide the City's operations over the next five years. The City Council held a retreat in 2019 to develop a vision, values, and strategic goals for Petersburg. City staff has since further developed a plan with objectives and action items for each strategic goal that will serve as the foundation of the plan. The draft Strategic Plan has been presented to City Council and has received preliminary feedback. The City is now requesting feedback from the Petersburg community.
