Petersburg City government offices will close at Noon on Wednesday, December 24 and will remain closed through Friday, December 26 in observance of the Christmas holiday. Offices will reopen during normal business hours on Monday, December 29.
Dogwood Trace Golf Course closes at 2 pm on Christmas Eve and is closed on Christmas Day.
Petersburg Area Transit will be operating an abbreviated bus schedule on Wednesday, December 24, from 6:15 am – 12:15 pm. There will be no bus service on Christmas Day or Friday, December 26. CVWMA recycling and Meridian Waste trash collections will be delayed during the week of Christmas for those with collection days that fall on a Thursday or Friday. There will be no collection on Thursday, December 25. These collections will slide to the following day, with Friday collections moving to Saturday.
