WHY: RideFinders, a division of GRTC Transit System and the region’s rideshare and transportation demand management (TDM) agency, will work with the City of Petersburg to help promote transit, carpooling, vanpooling and biking within the Tri-Cities. RideFinders will operate an on-site outreach office in the Petersburg transfer station.
