South Central Wastewater Authority (SCWWA) and Councilmember Charles Cuthbert would like to invite you to a community discussion regarding the potential rerouting of current truck traffic from Saphony Street to Rolfe Street along Magazine Road to the SCWWA site. SCWWA is proposing to extend the Pocahontas Street which currently dead ends at the Roper property, east through the Roper property to Magazine Road to the SCWWA site, bypassing the primarily residential sections of Pocahontas Island (see image above).
